Drainage SystemsWaterGuard®
The WaterGuard® system is applicable to all types of foundations including brick, poured concrete, stone, etc. Weep holes are drilled into block walls to drain water out of the walls into the system. Water enters the WaterGuard® system via holes on the wall side and flows in the WaterGuard® conduit to a primary pump or other drain. This system is warranted to keep your basement clean and dry so you can use the space for storage, recreational purposes, or to finish for additional living space. Our waterproofing products have been featured on these TV Shows.
The DryTrak® Basement Water Control System combines superior materials and practical design to remove seepage from the troublesome floor-wall joint and direct it to a sump pump or drain. The removal of this water may lower the water table around your foundation, thus relieving hydrostatic pressure. The DryTrak® system is very effective on all types of foundations including poured concrete, brick, block, stone, etc. DryTrak is the logical solution for a water problem with a monolithic foundation.
This is the oldest method of drainage in the industry. We have used interior/exterior French Drains. We offer many new drainage products that have replaced this technique. Because all basements are not designed the same, French Drain is still needed in some homes. When it is imperative that French Drain be installed, we include Flow Guard. Flow Guard will allow wall seepage, while minimizing dirt and debris from entering the drain system below. French Drain with Flow Guard is functional for many types of foundations. This product will keep your basement dry so you can use the area for storage, or additional living space. TrenchDrain Prevent basement water damage from water seeping through doorways, garage doors and down stairs with TrenchDrain! In many instances, water is able to enter your house and damage the basement by flowing through the space under a doorway or running down the stairs. Our unique design directs the water into a channel, where it can be managed and pumped out of your home automatically - without causing any damage!
